These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Unleashed Arts and purchases made through www.unleashedarts.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated using the Wix.com platform. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Dimensions and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible

  • Availability of artwork is subject to change without notice

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars, unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or customs fees unless specified

  • Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or third-party payment providers supported by Wix

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

An order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

4. Orders and Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Artwork availability

  • Errors in product or pricing information

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier, or customs processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including artwork, images, text, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Unleashed Arts and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly stated

  • Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission

If you create an account on the Site:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information

  • You agree to provide accurate and current information

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
