This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Unleashed Art through www.unleashedarts.com (the “Site”).

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, and in the same condition as received

• The item must be in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandle

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@unleashedarts.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

• Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the nature of the products. 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

8. Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Items returned outside the stated return window

• Items not in original condition

• Orders delayed due to carrier issues beyond our control

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the Site.
